The Mayor and City Council are pleased to issue proclamations and recognition certificates for many community activities, events, and causes. Please refer to the requirements below when submitting a proclamation/recognition request. Due to the high volume of requests received, please allow a minimum of four weeks to process your proclamation.

  • The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem reserve the right to determine the type of document to be issued.
