The Palm Desert Housing Authority (Authority) operates over 1,100 subsidized affordable rental units.  Situated throughout the city, these complexes vary in size and character, catering to both multi-family and senior tenants. National Core oversees the day-to-day operations of the Authority’s properties. National Core is responsible for tasks such as pre-screening, leasing, annual income certifications, tenant requests, and overall maintenance.
