Palm Desert’s Code Compliance Division ensures that all of the City's neighborhoods are consistent with community standards and in compliance with the Palm Desert Municipal Code.
You can file a complaint in one of four convenient ways:

If a violation is occurring during nonworking hours, please call the Sheriff's Department at (760) 836-3215.
Short-Term RentalsPalm Desert residents, visitors, and businesses who wish to report a problem with a short-term rental (STR) are encouraged to call the City’s Code Compliance Division's Short-Term Rental Hotline any time of the day or night.
