Apartment building: New apartment building.

Building official variance: Use of alternate materials.

Demolition: Demolish a building, single family dwelling, pool, spa, storage tank, structure, or interior.

Electrical: Outlet, backup generator, ev charger, site lighting, temporary generator, temporary power pole, add/new electrical.

Electrical Panel Upgrade: Panel upgrade or replace existing panel.

HVAC Change Out - Residential: Replace existing HVAC system and/or components.

Mobile Home: New, replacement, and permanent foundation for mobile home unit.

Mobile Home Accessory Structure: Detached awning.
