Palm Desert In Touch is the City of Palm Desert's easy-to-use mobile and online service request system. Residents, business owners, and visitors to our city can quickly report issues, such as graffiti, directly to the City.

Users can also upload a photo or video showing the issue and indicate its location on a map or use their mobile device's GPS to mark the location automatically. Utilizing the information provided, the City will follow up as soon as possible to track down the problem and address it.
